Me!

  • All About Me Book ... The Mailbox, 2006-2007 Yearbook, Preschool, pg. 275 has great text ready to copy!
    1. To make the booklet, fold up the bottom 2 inches on each of two 8.5" x 11" sheets of construction paper.
    2. Staple the outside edge of the flaps to make pockets.
    3. Fold each paper in half and glue the pages together to make a 4-page booklet.
    4. Write the text on each pocket.
    5. Title the book "All About Me!" Have the kids follow the directions to complete each page...
      • Page 1 ... Here is my handprint. It is unique. (Make a handprint with paint. When dry, cut out & place in pocket)
      • Page 2 ... This is my family. Please take a peek. (Draw a picture of your family and place in pocket)

      • Page 3 ... Here is a cake. It shows my birthday. (Print and color the cake cutout above. Glue paper candle strips to represent your age. Write the child's birthdate on the cake)
      • Page 4 ... I am special in every way! (Tuck a photo of the child in the last pocket)
