With four kids, 1st grade and under, it really is what makes our days so much fun (and keeps us from going nuts other days)
So to celebrate more than 100 of you following this blog, on to my first giveaway!
I decided to giveaway one new copy of one of my favorite preschool resources (you can see some others scrolling at the top there) …
It is a 30 minute DVD that teaches the letter names and sounds. I couldn’t believe how quickly my kids learned all of the sounds from watching the letters say their own sounds. It’s a fun video. You can see all the details here!
If you’d like to win:
- Just leave a comment below!
- (I’d love for you to follow, but it’s not required)
- And maybe tell me one of your favorite preschool activities you’ve done with your kids. I love getting new ideas Any comment counts though.
- Please leave your email address in your comment if it’s not in your profile (just so I can contact you if you win!)
Good Luck & Thank You!!
Congrats on reaching 100 followers!

Way to go on triple digits! Thank you for doing this blog. You AMAZE me at all you accomplish and how great of a mother you are. The thing I like to do with the kids is vanilla pudding and food coloring for finger paints. Sometimes I'll make a flat pastry for the paper. Not really educational but sure is tasty.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 100 followers! Thanks for sharing more pictures on your site. Some friends and I just started doing a "preschool" together so your site has been really awesome! Just today we did the Alligator As!
ReplyDeleteI'm following you now too!
Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
My favorite preschool activity that I've done was doing an Ocean Theme week - tons of craft ideas there and we hung them all up on the ceiling and added sea weed, treasure chest, etc. so it felt like we were under the ocean.

A favorite preschool activity? That's a tough one! I always enjoyed when our little preschool would take a fall field trip to the pumpkin patch and learn about pumpkins. We'd measure around the pumpkins, take out the seeds, count them, make pumpkin pudding, etc. Preschool was really fun today at your house! The apple necklaces and apple bean bags were too cute!
ReplyDeleteI just recently started following your blog and I love it!! I have a 3 year old little boy and we've done several of your activities already! Thanks for sharing all of your great ideas with us. :)))
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog tonight while looking for Alphabet Rhymes. My toddler LOVES to learn new songs. But I am really looking forward to making an alphabet book with him using brown lunch sacks and a coloring page of an item that starts with that letter.

I just recently came across your blog as I was getting preschool planned for my daughter this year. I love your ideas!! Thank you so much for sharing. Thanks to you, my daughter will have a fun preschool year and I am enjoying doing it with her. We also did a Chicka Chicka Boom Boom day to introduce the alphabet and made a tree. I got the idea from thecraftingchicks.com.

Wow, you are super busy too, I also have four with my oldest in Kindergarten. I love it that awesome women take the time to share their successes and failures with the rest of us. My kids like to blow bubbles with food coloring against paper to create their own art. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog and have done numerous activities from it with my 4-year old daughter. She LOVED the Cheerio birdfeeders. I love the idea of a new letter each week. My daughter looks forward to each letter and all the new projects. Thanks so much for an awesome blog.

A friend referred me to your blog when I was asking how to make a volcano with my 3 year old. I am SO GLAD she did. It's been a fantastic resource of great activities to do with my son. So far our favorite thing we've done has been the apple activities, but we are having a blast doing the dinosaur eggs too. LOVE this blog. Such a great resource for moms.
ReplyDeleteMy three year old loves the leap frog DVDs. She loves to check them out from the library.
